1 DATE OF EUROFEST - 28.05.-1.06.2012

It is possible to come in earlier than official date and stay there longer. If anyone is interested, please inform me in proper time via e-mial. We are still negotiating about the price for the bungalows, food and other additional stuff :evil: In short time I inform you here about the result.

Our negotiations have already finished :mrgreen:

Eurofest will cost 120 € for person.

This price includes:

1. 4 days in Resort Łapino
2. 2 normal dinners
3. 1 formal dinner
4. 1 informal dinner = big party with additional attractions ( music, :evil: professional performance at midnight :evil: etc.etc.)
5. 4 breakfasts
6. occasional t-shirt
7. little souvenir

You don't have to care about lunch, because in the resort there's a restaurant where you can buy some additional meal on your own.

In short time we are going to create the Eurofest bank account in euro-currency where you can transfer your money.

I would like to present you our suggested plan of these five days.

Monday
7 p.m. – Supper
8 p.m. – CafĂŠ & Bar, conversations and chat

Tuesday
8-9 a.m. – Breakfast
10 a.m. – Trip to the Motorization Museum in Gdynia
1 p.m. – Visiting Kościuszko Square In Gdynia
5 p.m. – Return to Łapino
7 p.m. – Supper
8 p.m. - CafĂŠ & Bar, conversations and chat

Wednesday
8-9 a.m. – Breakfast
10 a.m. – Trip to Gdańsk
4 p.m. – Return to Łapino
7. p.m. – Formal dinner
10 p.m. – Live music
12 p.m. – Artistic performance

Thursday
8-9 a.m. – Breakfast
10 a.m. – Games and competitions for everyone
1 p.m. – Trip to Kaszuby
4 p.m. – Return to Łapino
7 p.m. – Formal dinner
8 p.m. - CafĂŠ & Bar, conversations and chat

Friday
8-9 a.m. – Breakfast

Of course this plan may change - then I'll inform you about it.

Hello hello :mrgreen:
I would like to inform that we are going to collect money from all person interested in Eurofest in Poland.
The advance – 60 euro.
It will be the best if one person from each club collect the money from their members and then
– to the end of November –
transfer whole amount to our polish bank account. This one chosen person will obtain the number of this bank account.
In this way we’ll avoid problems with single transfers from all clubs.

Good evening :)
Regarding accomodation:
We have 33 bungalows to our disposal plus only 6 two-beds hotelrooms.
If someone decide to be in a hotelroom:
1. on their own - the price is 185 euro for person
2. with the second person - the price is 130 for each
These prices are for the whole Eurofest.
Hotelroom reservation - first come, first served. I this case - please contact me.

I would like also add we are planning additional trip to the castle in Malbork. So you have a choice - to visit historic castle or to see beautifull landscapes during the trip through Kaszuby :mrgreen:

So, the time to collect your advances has finally come.
I would like to ask the persons that collecting the money from their clubs to contact me via e-mail or PW. I'll send you required bank details.
I would like also to find out how many people from each club are decided to attend in Eurofest but didn't pay the adnavce because of some financial issues or other things. In this case this persons are required to pay whole amount to the end of February.
Anyway we need to know approximately the number of interested persons.
